We file with the state, Companies House, the IRS, the USPTO or the Copyright Office, and email you every document as it is issued. A printed folder with the originals follows by post.
Our price, and the part of it that is not ours
A lot of formation sites advertise a low service fee and add the government fee at the last step. We do it the other way round. These are the official fees built into our prices, so you can see what goes to the state and what comes to us.
An EIN and an ITIN cost nothing from the IRS. Anyone who tells you otherwise is charging you for their time, which is fine, as long as they say so. We say so.

What people ask before ordering
Yes. Any person of any nationality can own a US LLC or corporation, and you do not need to visit. What you do need is a registered agent in the state, which we provide, and an EIN, which takes longer without an SSN because the application goes on paper. Our non resident packages cover both.
If you live and trade in one US state, form there, because forming elsewhere usually means registering in your home state too and paying twice. If you live outside the US, Wyoming or New Mexico keep the yearly cost lowest. Choose Delaware only if investors or a marketplace ask for it, because it costs more to keep every year.
They are different things. An EIN belongs to the company. An ITIN belongs to you personally, for people who cannot get an SSN. You need an EIN to run the company. You need an ITIN if a payment platform or bank asks for a personal US tax number, or if you have to file a personal US tax return.
If you live outside the US and own a single member US LLC, the IRS expects Form 5472 with a pro forma 1120 every year, even if the company earned nothing. The penalty for not filing starts at $25,000. It is the most expensive thing foreign owners do not know about, so we flag it on every non resident package.
No, and anyone who guarantees it is not being straight with you. The USPTO examines every application and can refuse a name that is too close to an existing one or too descriptive. A comprehensive search before filing is the best way to cut that risk, which is why we offer it with the filing.
